1. From the Windows Desktop, click on Start.

2. Go to Programs then Accessories and click on Communications or Internet Tools.

3. Click on Internet Connection Wizard.

4. Click the circle that reads I want to set my Internet Connection manually, or I want to connect through a local area network (LAN). Then click Next.

5. Click the circle that reads I connect through a phone line and modem. Then click Next.

6. The title of this page should be Phone Number. Enter the phone number for your area. 308-4100(Rolla),774-2606(Ft. Wood, St. Roberts, Waynesville); 765-7891(Richland); 729-3217(Salem); 674-4913(Licking)762-9603(Newburg, Doolittle, Jerome) or 532-1100(Lebanon).Then click Next.

7. The title of this page should be User Name and Password. Enter your full e-mail address using the username that you chose at the time of sign-up, making sure that it is all on word and in all lowercase letters. Eg. joesmith@wavecomputers.net Then enter the password that you chose at the time of sign-up. Again make sure that it is in all lowercase letters. Be sure that your CAP Lock is off. Then click Next.

8. The title of this page should be Configuring your Computer. The connection name should be Connection to (the phone number for your area), or the phone number should be entered. Click Next.

9. The next page will be Set Up Your Internet Mail Account. Choose Yes and then Next.

10. The next page will be Internet Mail Account. Choose Create a New Internet Mail Account. Then click Next.

11. The Next page will be Your Name. Type in your full name EG. Joe Smith. Then click Next.

12. The next page will be Internet E-mail Address. In the space, type in username@wavecomputers.net. The username is the name that you chose at the time of sign-up. Eg joesmith@wavecomputers.net. Then click Next.

13. The next page will be E-Mail Server Name. Make sure it says My Incoming Server is POP3. In the incoming mail (POP# or IMAP Server), type in mail.wavecomputers.net For Outgoing mail (SMTP) Sever, type in mail.wavecomputers.net Then click Next.

14. The next page will be Internet Mail Logon. In the spaces that start off with Log on using: type in your username and then your password. Then click Next.

15. The last page will be Complete Configuration. Click on Finish.
